For our products made with free-range pork, particular attention is paid to the animals’ welfare. The pigs are reared on low density farms with access to the outdoors. They are fed a healthy cereal-based diet, free from growth promoters. The animal’s stress factors are carefully controlled from the farm to the abattoir to ensure the meat stays tender. This traditional production system greatly improves the products’ taste qualities.
